Scottish side Celtic to miss out on Patrick Twumasi's services

Scottish Premiership champions Celtic are on the verge of missing out on Ghanaian striker Patrick Twumasi who is currently on his way out of Deportivo Alaves.

According to Ghanasoccernet reports, Twumasi has touched down in Turkey and is set to finalise his move to Turkish Super Lig side Gaziantep.

The 25-year-old is believed to be desperate for a move away from Alaves after a struggle to pick up his pace in Spain and play regularly.

The Ghana international only manage to make approximately 14 appearances last season alone - mostly coming off the bench as a substitute.

Celtic fans can certainly remember Twumasi for the brace he scored for his former club Astana against the Scottish outfit back in 2017.
