Absa Premiership newcomers Stellenbosch FC have signed former Kaizer Chiefs striker Ryan Moon.
Following Moon’s release from Chiefs last month, as well as trying his luck on trials abroad, Moon has rather silently secured himself a deal with Stellenbsch down in the Western Cape.
Stellenbosch made the surprising announcement via social media this afternoon, though without confirming the length of the 22-year-old’s contract.
“Amped to welcome Ryan Moon to our Stellenboschfc family!,” posted the club.
Moon may make his Stellies debut against his former side Maritzburg United on Sunday 26 August in Cape Town.
