Accra Hearts of Oak winger Dominic Eshun made his debut for the former in their 1-0 defeat to the Ghana U23 team.
Eshun's move to Hearts of Oak was reportedly filled with negative speculation but he has admitted there is going to be immense pressure playing for the team but he is determined to succeed.
“I believe with the kind of training my game will be up by the time the league gets started, playing for a big club is followed by pressure and Hearts of oak is a big club even in Africa so the expectations are high,” he told Football Made in Ghana.
“As a player the pressure is inevitable, but it all depends on you to put the pressure behind you and deliver, I was hurt when my first move to Hearts of oak came to a standstill, but we give thanks to God in all situations.
“I’m very excited to be here after all that transpired because Hearts of Oak is the club I support from my childhood and it’s very refreshing to be here”
Eshun has plied his trade for Medeama SC and Karela United.
