Warriors international Tinotenda Kadewere of Ligue 2’s Le Havre says there’s still a long season ahead for him to find consistency.
Currently on eight goals in five matches, the 23-year-old Kadewere is the league’s leading goalscorer after hitting a brace during last week’s 3-1 win over Grenoble Foot.
“I thank God for the form I am in. I would like to continue on this trajectory,” said Kadewere, said via Soccer24.
The lanky striker continued to share his gratitude to the club’s support structure while also emphasizing that he still has quite a lot of work ahead of himself at this stage of the season.
“I would like to thank everyone at the club, but we still have a lot of work to do. It’s still early days, but we will continue working hard," added the Warriors striker who was disappointed with the game time he was offered at AFCON 2019.
Kadewere’s side will be in action this Friday away to Caen.
