Khama Billiat has done what Kaizer Chiefs largely pays him for.
The Zimbabwean international found the net as Chiefs defeated AmaZulu 2-0 in Durban on Sunday. The forward's first goal of the season came after having played four times this season with one assist.
Billiat, who had two rather glorious chances to score in the game, only got the ball over the line as late as the 90th minute.
The club’s new excellent central midfielder, Kearyn Baccus, pick the ball up in his own before launching an individual run to lay the assist.
Billiat did well to keep his cool and waited for the keeper to move… before passing the ball to the far corner for 2-0.
The win returned Chiefs to the top of the league, with Baroka FC the next opponent this Saturday at 6 pm.
