βœŒπŸΎβ¬†οΈ Chiefs down Arrows to extend log lead

Kaizer Chiefs remain the best team in South Africa after sinking Golden Arrows in Soweto tonight.

Coach Ernst Middendorp had made two changes with Njabulo Blom in for the injured Reeve Frosler. In midfield, Willard Katsande came on George Maluleka.

Chiefs later suffered two injury-forced substitutions with Yagan Sasman coming out for Siyabonga Ngezana - as well as Dumisani Zuma for Kearyn Baccus.

A 26th minute penalty conversion from Daniel Cardoso and a Khama Billiat-forced own goal from Nkosinathi Sibisi (76 minutes) completed the three points job.

The win ensured Amakhosi recorded a three-match winning streak and three points log table lead.

Chiefs will again see action after the international break in a yet-to-be-revealed Telkom Knockout fixture.
