Rangers manager Steven Gerrard has said midfielder Joe Aribo may make a return to action on Sunday after missing two matches due to a head injury.
Rangers play Hamilton Academical at the Ibrox Stadium in a Scottish Premier League home clash.
Aribo required 20 stitches to his head after being injured by Livingston’s Ricki Lamie and was bleeding heavily before he was taken off in a 1-0 Cup win against Livingston.
“Joe (Aribo) has a small outside chance of being involved at the weekend, but we will make that decision tomorrow,” Rangers manager Steven Gerrard told a press conference on Friday afternoon.
The 23-year-old has made six league appearances for Rangers this season following his summer arrival from Charlton Athletic.
