Bandari captain admits Horoya clash is one for their lives

Bandari FC captain Felly Mulumba has admitted that the game against Horoya AC on Sunday at the MISC Kasarani is one for their lives.

Bandari enters the game trailing by two goals but according to Mulumba they have the belief that they can overturn the deficit and make it to the group stage of the CAF Confederations Cup.

“This is a game of our lives. Many of us have not made it to the group stage of the Confederation Cup and since we know how important it is to be there, we will be giving our all since these are the moments that stay with you forever in your life,” Mulumba said after their Friday training.

The Congolese further said that they were under no pressure and we're going out to give their all his only regret being that they couldn’t play the match in Mombasa.

No Pressure

“We have no pressure since we are playing at home. The first leg had a bit of pressure when we started since we were up against an opposition e didn’t know but now that we know what to expect we are confident of a good result.

“My only regret is we can’t play the game in Mombasa where we have our home fans but I know some will make it to Nairobi. We are not worried about that because I’m sure we will have a good number rooting for us since it’s a free game and we urge all Kenyan to come root for us.

Bandari will be hoping that they can put two unanswered goals past their opponents if they are to make history in the competition.
