Start for Yikpe as Gor Mahia name team to take Motema Pembe

After scoring last week in what was his debut in the CAF for Gor Mahia, Ivory Coast striker Gnamien Yikpe has been tasked with leading the club's onslaught against Motema Pembe in Congo.

The match set to decide who will make it to the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup will see keeper David Mapigano, who saved a penalty in the reverse fixture maintain his place between the sticks with Boniface Oluoch being his understudy.

Coach Steve Pollack has drafted in defender Joakim Oluoch to partner Joash Onyango in defence after Charles Momanyi was ruled out of the match owing to his red card last weekend. Captain Kenneth Muguna will have Lawrence Juma and Tobias Otieno to contend with in midfield.
