Bandari's poor form in the Kenya Premier League continued on Sunday afternoon after they were beaten 1-0 by Ulinzi at the Afraha Stadium in Nakuru.
The Soldiers' lone goal was scored by Oscar Wamalwa on the 13th minute following a delightful pass from the left-wing.
Before Ulinzi took the lead, Bandari got a good chance to grab the opener on the 10th minute, but a Yema Mwana header from a Nkata cross was well saved by the keeper.
On the 20th minute, Bandari carved out another chance, but Wadri's freekick hit the wall, and Lugogo collected the ball, dribbled past Kago before his well-taken shot inched over the crossbar.
The visitors kept knocking on Ulinzi's goal and were almost rewarded on the half-hour mark as the keeper was called into action and produced another fine save.
None of the sides could find the back of the net again in the first as the two sides went into the break with the hosts leading 1-0.
Bandari came close once again in the 65th minute, but Yema Mwana's header bounced off the crossbar and back into play following a corner.
On the 75th minute, Ulinzi almost doubled their lead after a lovely cross in by Birgen, and Wamalwa's header was beautifully saved by Mustapha.
There was little action on both sides as Bandari suffered yet another defeat, coming on the back of a 3-1 loss to Western Stima.
The win saw Ulinzi move up to fifth on 16 points, with Bandari dropping to 11th on 11 points.
