Champions League group stage in numbers

Europe's top five leagues will all, for the first time, represented in the UEFA Champions League knockout stage, following the conclusion of the group stage action. 

All of the four teams from Spain and England made it through to the next round, with Italy (3), Germany (2) and France (2) all represented. 

The group stage action also set a Champions League record, with a record 308 goals scored in the six matchdays.

The teams will find out their opponents next week on Monday in a draw that will take place in Nyon, Switzerland.
