Lusaka dynamos will be looking to continue their current good run on Saturday when they square off with Kabwe Warriors at the legendary Godfrey Ucar Chitalu Stadium.
Lusaka has not lost any of their last four games winning two and drawing two. Coach Ian Bakala will look to continue that good run as they hope to make a successful late push for an ABSA Cup spot.
Lusaka dynamos welcomed their star forward Chris Mugalu in training yesterday after being on the sidelines for two months but the Congolese striker needs to pass a late fitness test to make it to the matchday squad.
Should Mugalu not be fit enough Baba Basile will be expected to lead the attack alongside Namibian enterprising winger willy Stephanus. Basile has done well for himself in the absence of Mugalu netting five goals.
Kabwe, on the other hand, will be aiming to maintain its dominance in this fixture having never lost to Lusaka dynamos since coming back to the top flight in 2016.
The magnificent People's team have managed 3 wins over Lusaka dynamos in their last eight meetings with the other five games ending in draws.
A win for Kabwe Warriors can see them move as high as 7th provided the teams above them fail to pick up maximum points.
