Zambia Super League side Sensational Zanaco has sent head coach Numba Mumamba and his first assistant Kelvin Kaindu on administrative leave.
The Bankers confirmed the development in a press statement posted on their official Facebook page monitored by Futaa Zambia.
The decision comes less than 24 hours after the seven-time Zambia Super League Champions were handed a humiliating 3-1 defeat by a 10-man Lusaka dynamos side on Sunday afternoon.
"Sensational Zanaco FC head coach and first assistant Mumamba Numba and Kelvin Kaindu respectively have been sent on administrative leave."
Team Manager Robin Munsaka and goalkeeper coach Kalumba Mpunga will take charge of the team in the interim capacity as the management looks for long term replacements as it looks unlikely the duo will return to their positions at the club.
Zanaco has gone nine games without a win in all competitions and last won a match on November, 3rd 2019 against Cano Sport of Equatorial Guinea when they beat them 5-1 in the CAF Confederations Cup Playoff.
Zanaco is currently in the relegation zone in 15th place with only 13 points accumulated from 12 games played so far.
