A resurgent URA FC will on Wednesday afternoon hope to extend their two-match winning streak when they host third-placed BUL FC at FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru.
URA struggled in the first half of the season but seem to have finally found the right combinations. They have won their last two matches and are on a five-match unbeaten streak.
The Tax Collectors beat fifth-placed SC Villa 2-0 in their last league match on the back of a 2-1 victory over bottom side Proline FC in November last year.
However, BUL is desperate to return to winning ways after collecting two points from a possible nine in their last three matches.
The Peter Onen coached side have struggled for form and are now six points behind second-placed KCCA FC and 13 points off leaders Vipers.
BUL registered their third loss of the season when they went down 1-0 away to Bright Stars last week. The loss compounded BUL’s misery after picking up two points in the preceding two matches.
The two teams come into this midweek encounter with different goals but with a clear intention of notching maximum points. Sam Ssimbwa will be seeking to outwit Onen in this tie that will kick off at 4.00 pm.
