Kevin-Prince Boateng has joined Turkish giants Besiktas on loan from Serie A side Fiorentina until the end of the season.
It's not been a smooth past few years for the Ghanaian in terms of transfer moves. He was to terminate his contract with Laliga side Las Palmas before returning to Germany with Frankfurt acquiring his services on a free transfer.
He later left the German club to sign for Sassuolo, before later being loaned out to Barcelona in what was one of the most surprising moves in recent history.
Following the end of his loan spell with the Spanish giants, he joined Fiorentina in Serie A in the summer of 2019 but only made eight appearances for the club scoring one goal in the process.
At Besiktas, Boateng will link up with forwards such as Jeremain Lens and former Tottenham Hotspur winger Georges-Kevin Nkoudou; the team currently placed seventh on the Turkish Super League five points adrift of the top four and seven behind Fenerbahce, who currently occupy the Champions League qualifier spot.
