With Bruno Fernandes joining from Sporting CP, Anthony Martial has revealed the midfielder will solve Manchester United's creative struggles.
Since last season, Fernandes has been prolific, scoring 20 league goals last term and eight in 17 matches this term, with 20 assists across the two campaigns as well.
In an interview with manutd.com, Martial revealed how Fernandes will improve United, "He’s a very, very good player. He had a great season last season and he’s started this season just the same and has been playing very well.
"I think it’s a real big plus for the club and I think he’s someone who’s going to help us attain our objectives this season.
"I’ve had a couple of little chats with him out on the training pitch and during training and I think he’ll settle into really easily.
"He’s spent some time initially with the Portuguese and Spanish speakers and he’s already integrated really well.
"He’s going to help us with his goalscoring. He’ll add to the amount of goals that we score and the chances we create, and there is the decisive passes and the assists he will provide.
"I think he will help us be more effective going forward and in front of goal."
