English Premier League giants Manchester United has canceled training for all age groups following government advice on the coronavirus pandemic.
United players have been traveling into their Carrington Training Complex over the last few days despite the suspension of the Premier League season.
Part of a statement from the club via the Telegraph noted: "In light of governmental advice and the evolving situation, the team is not returning to training. "
United will keep the policy under constant review though the escalation of the coronavirus outbreak makes an indefinite postponement possible.
The news comes at a time when United was looking to build on their impressive league run inform where they are yet to lose a game in the past month.
Their impressive outing last months aw their new recruits Bruno Fernandes handed the best player accolade in the league in the month of February.
A chunk of teams has already been advised to stay home from training with Chelsea players advised to self-quarantine for fourteen days after their winger Odi was confirmed to have contracted the virus.
