Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich has acquired the services of Lenn Jastremski from Wolfsburg on a three-year contract.
The centre back will join Bayern Munich II from Wolfsburg’s A-Junior Bundesliga North / Northeast team on a free transfer in the summer.
Bayern Munich campus manager Jochen Sauer said of Jastremski: “We are very happy that Lenn has decided to transfer to Bayern. He has performed very well this season with the U-19s of VfL Wolfsburg and also on the national team, and we want to take the next steps in his development in professional football together with him in the 3. Liga.”
On his part, the player said: “The people in charge at FC Bayern worked very intensively with me right from the start and showed me very clearly in the discussions what their plans with me in the future are. I’m looking forward to working with coach Sebastian Hoeness and to be able to develop in the 3. Liga at Bayern Munich.”
Jastremski has 16 goals and three assists across competitions for Wolfsburg this season and is a regular for German U-19 national team.
