Bayern Munich are reportedly looking to add a striker to their ranks and it is believed that Trabzonspor's Alexander Sorloth is their target.
Reports claim that the Bundesliga giants want to also boost the quality on the flanks, not taking anything away from Serge Gnabry who has been exceptional this season, but they are looking to another winger following the departures of Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery respectively.
In terms of the attacking department, Robert Lewandowski has been consistent in scoring goals, however, the club could be looking for a backup striker to ease off the pressure on the Poland international.
According to Foot Mercato, Bayern are currently monitoring Sorloth's movements as per HITC who previously reported that Trabzonspor could sign him permanently from Everton following his impressive form this season and the German outfit will have to step up with an offer.
The 2-year-old struggled to find his form in the Premier League and went on to revive his career in the Turkish Super League, scoring 23 goals and providing eight assists across all competitions this season.
It is yet to be seen where the Norwegian international will land up but at this rate, he could be the ideal fit for what Bayern are looking for.
