Watford came from a goal down to secure a 2-1 victory over visiting and relegation-threatened Norwich City on Tuesday evening.
Just before Watford had settled, they found themselves trailing thanks to Emiliano Buendía's strike. The hosts levelled the scores in the 10th minute through Craig Dawson. In the second half, Danny Welbeck scored the decisive goal for Watford that saw his side move four points above the relegation zone.
Norwich had a brilliant start to the game as Hernandez drove at the heart of the Watford defence before laying the ball off to Buendia. He then shifted the ball past the challenge of Masina and onto his right foot before firing the ball past Foster and into the corner of the net.
Watford had an instant response from a free-kick, Capoue whipped the ball to the far post where Dawson is waiting to pounce. He got above his opposite man to bundle the ball home from close range.
In the second half, Watford took the lead for the first time through Danny Welbeck, a wonderful strike from the former Arsenal man. Watford broke from their own penalty area as Sarr got away from McLean on the right. Sarr's cross was deflected and the ball looped towards Welbeck, who produced an acrobatic overhead kick to beat Krul.
Danny Welbeck's first Watford goal in the @premierleague is his first in the competition since Aug 2018, when he netted for Arsenal against West Ham - against no other side has he netted more often than the four he has versus the Canaries in the top-flight.
