Ugandan defender Herbert Bockhorn has officially signed with Bundesliga side VfL Bochum according to Kawowo Sports.
Bockhorn penned a one-year deal with Bochum following his departure from English Championship side Huddersfield Town.
The 25-year-old kick-started his career with TSV Melsdorf and FC Kilia Kiel before joining Werder Bremen's youth teams where he featured for the U17 and U19 teams.
Bockhorn also played for Borussia Dortmund II where he made 71 appearances where he registered ten goals and seven assists.
He is eligible to play for Uganda through his mother and Germany, his father but he has not been called up for any of the teams.
