French midfielder Tanguy Ndombele wants to ditch Tottenham Hotspur for Serie A giants Inter Milan in the summer.
The Mirror reports that Inter is interested in signing Ndombele in the summer after success with some of the players from the Premier League in recent seasons.
Spurs though don’t want to sell the player but with limited opportunities and his reported frost relationship with Jose Mourinho, Ndombele might leave the club on a loan deal.
Much was expected of Ndombele when he joined Tottenham from Lyon in the summer of 2019, but he failed to make a huge impact at Spurs this past season and his situation wasn’t helped by consistent injury and fitness problems.
Ndombele just made 12 starts and only eight substitute appearances in the Premier League for the North London club during the 2019-20 campaign with Mourinho publicly tearing on the player about his performances.
Apart from Ndombele, the other Spurs player being linked with a move to Italy by The Mirror is defender Serge Aurier who is being linked with a move to AC Milan.
Tottenham have already seen Jan Vertonghen leave on a free transfer while Kyle Walker-Peters is joining Southampton for £12m to offset the £15m arrival of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg who is moving the other way
