English champions Liverpool are keeping tabs on Borussia Dortmund youngster Giovanni Reyna.
Bild, as cited by Football Inside, reports that Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is a fan of midfielder Reyna and have added him to their transfer shortlist for next summer.
The US youngster has his current contract expiring in the summer of 2021 but is expected to sign a new deal with Dortmund when he turns 18 on November 13 and if that happens, Liverpool will have to fork out a reasonable fee to sign the 17-year-old next summer.
The player’s current market value is €15 million but the fee should increase with a new deal and should he shine for his team this season; the player having already made 20 senior appearances for the Bundesliga giants, scoring three goals and assisting another three.
This season, he has already made two appearances and there is a feeling he will be given more opportunities to showcase his talent in senior football on a regular basis this campaign.
