English Premier League giants Manchester City may break football contract-length history with a 10-year offer for Lionel Messi.
According to a leading Spanish outlet, Marca, the Manchester City Group, which owns several clubs in different corners of the world, want a deal that will take Messi to his 43rd birthday.
The deal, which is anticipated to happen when Messi’s contract with Barcelona ends next season, will include an opportunity to make the iconic Argentine the club’s world ambassador and freedom to finish his career at one of Yokohama Marinos in Japan or Australia's Melbourne City.
