PSG superstars Neymar and Kylian Mbappe have expressed fresh condemnation against racism after another incident against Istanbul Basaksehir in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday night in Paris.
Romanian fourth official referred to Istanbul’s assistant coach Pierre Webo as a ‘negro’ before explaining that it simply means black in Romanian.
The explanation did not prevent a dramatic end to the match after 14 minutes when players from both teams walked out of the pitch in protest.
Neymar and Mbappe have since taken to social media to emphasize the fight against Tuesday night’s incident, an ill that seems to be relentless in the world game.
