Arsenal outcast Mesut Ozil has met with Fenerbahce sporting director Emre in London as he seeks to leave the club in January.
Ozil is yet to feature for the club this season after being omitted from the club's Europa League and Premier League squad and has constantly been linked with a series of clubs in the next window.
Turkish publication Takvim claims that Ozil is interested in moving to Turkey with the talks said to have progressed well.
The 32-year old has his contract expiring n the summer and can sign a pre-contract agreement with foreign clubs in January; the player having been linked with a move to MLS too.
