Spain coach Luis Enrique has admitted that he is considering FC Barcelona youngster Pedri for the upcoming European Championship.
Pedri has been one of the brightest stars in the Barca squad this season despite their earlier struggle and according to Enrique, they will be considering the player despite not handing him a senior call-up yet.
"We haven't called him up yet, but he's a regular with the youth sides. I have total say ahead of the underage teams. A lot of us like Pedri, that's clear. But there's a long way to go until March. The first team has priority, and that has always been made clear to me," Enrique said.
Enrique said further insisted that the European Championship was more important than Spain's Under-21 duties with the youngster having been a key player for the national team junior side.
❗Spain are so freaking lucky, they have the two MOST promising players in the world for the next decade or even more.
