Borussia Dortmund do not want to sell Haaland, says agent Mino Raiola

Borussia Dortmund do not want to sell striker Erling Haaland according to player's agent Mino Raiola.

Haaland is being linked with a move away from Dortmund with Barcelona and Real Madrid keen to sign the Norwegian as well as Manchester clubs. Haaland's father, Alf Inge and Raiola were in Spain to hold talks over a possible move to Barcelona and Madrid.

In his interview with German television channel Sport1, Raiola revealed the club isn't interesting in selling Haaland adding that a strategy he may not agree with but says "there is no war" between him and the club.

"I can confirm that I've been in Dortmund. Michael Zorc - Dortmund's sporting director - made very clear that they don't want to sell Erling. I respect it but it doesn't mean that I agree. There is no war between me and Dortmund," he said.

The 20-year-old has become one of Europe's biggest names after netting 49 goals in 52 games for Dortmund.

His contract with the Bundesliga side is set to expire in the summer of 2024 and according to reports, he has a €75m (£66m) release clause, which comes into effect in the summer of 2022.
