Borussia Dortmund CEO, Hans-Joachim Watzke, has told the media the highly sought-after Erling Haaland is basically going nowhere.
Following Haaland agent’ meetings with Real Madrid and FC Barcelona a few weeks ago, the Norwegian star striker seemed to be surely on his way out next season.
But the club’s CEO is calm and confident on keeping the 20-year-old hit.
"I've known Raiola for a long time and get along well with him. It's no problem for us. Erling Haaland will remain a Borussia Dortmund player next year,” Watzke said, as shared by Fabrizio Romano.
Meanwhile, Dortmund are still fighting for a place in next season’s UEFA Champions League.
