Burnley defender Tarkowski set for West Ham move

Burnley defender James Tarkowski is pushing for a move away from the club as he is interested in joining West Ham United.

The 28-year-old is eager to sign for David Moyes and West Ham United this summer and according to Football Insider, Tarkowski has not changed his mind about wanting to leave Burnley in recent months.

The player expressed his desire to leave the Sean Dyche side last summer but a deal didn't materialize with the England international now eager to make a move this summer as Moyes seeks to have a proper squad for their European adventure.

Burnley is already in the market for a defender to replace Tarkowski with Liverpool's Nathaniel Phillips and Nathan Collins from Stoke City touted possible replacements for the player.

The reports indicate that Burnely is willing to part away with the player this season as they feel that he can bring them the money to fund some of their targets and while Dyche isn't happy with the move, he will be forced to grant the player his desire following his impressive output at the club.

Dyche himself has been linked with a move away from the club as other reports indicate that he isn't happy with how the cub has been conducting transfers in recent windows.
