Arsenal's new central midfielder Albert Sambi Lokonga has admitted he is most excited about Nicolas Pepe in the Gunners squad.
The 21-year-old was signed from Belgian royalty Anderlecht for €17.5m, where he played 78 games as an all-action central midfielder with four goals and eight assists.
After impressing in his first appearance during Arsenal's 4-1 win over Milwall in a friendly, Sambi was available to look ahead to the coming new season.
"I think [Nicolas] Pepe [is the one I am most excited to link up with]," he said after he was asked which player he's most eager to play alongside.
"But I’m also looking forward to playing with [Pierre-Emerick] Aubameyang, [Alexandre] Lacazette, [Bukayo] Saka also, so yeah, I hope to have a connection with all the players and quickly," Sambi concluded as quoted by Goal.
Arsenal's first Premier League game will be away to newcomers Brentford on 22 August.
