After leaving Tottenham on transfer deadline day last month, Serge Aurier has joined LaLiga side, Villarreal.
After agreeing to a mutual termination of his contract, the full-back ended his tenure with Spurs.
Aurier will continue his career in Spain, signing a contract with the Europa League champions that will keep him there until the end of the season, with the option to prolong his stay for another two seasons.
Following his departure from Paris Saint-Germain in 2017, the 28-year-old Ivory Coast captain made 110 appearances for Tottenham, scoring eight goals.
He also has extensive international experience, having earned 70 caps for his country.
Villarreal are unbeaten and in 11th place in LaLiga after winning two and drawing five of their first seven games.
