Frank Lampard has apparently chosen to withdraw from the race to replace Daniel Farke as the new Norwich head coach.
Despite winning their first Premier League encounter against Brentford last time out, the Canaries had previously opted to cut ways with Daniel Farke.
Lampard was one of the names heavily connected with a move to East Anglia following confirmation of the German's departure, and he was said to have been interviewed for the post by Norwich.
However, he now appears to be out of the running, according to reports from The Telegraph and other sources.
In his one full season in charge, Lampard led Chelsea to fourth place and the FA Cup final, and a 3-1 win against Leeds in early December 2020 put the team on top of the Premier League, but he was fired the following month as Chelsea slumped to ninth position.
