Eddie Howe will be in the dugout when Newcastle United takes on Arsenal on Saturday in the Premier League.
Howe missed the first game after he was appointed as the manager of Newcastle at St James' Park last week against Brentford having tested positive for coronavirus. And now his first game will be against Arsenal at the Emirates after testing negative for the virus.
"NUFC can confirm that Eddie Howe will be in the dugout for tomorrow's game at the Emirates Stadium after returning a negative Covid test this morning," a statement from the club read.
The Magpies are winless in their first twelve opening matches in the Premier League, losing six while drawing the rest.
Meanwhile, the Gunners will be keen to get back to winning ways following a 4-0 loss to Liverpool last weekend.

"Every game in the Premier League presents a different challenge, we know that. Different styles of play, different levels of player, different tactics. We just need to be prepared for that. We've done the work and we go into the game well prepared." pic.twitter.com/kXfbS8kcVJ
