Brazilian giants Flamengo are hoping to complete a permanent move for Manchester United midfielder Andreas Perreira this month.
Perreira is at Flamengo on a season-long loan and there have been doubts over whether he can ever regain his spot back in England with United seems to have moved on from his presence.
Flamengo vice-president Marcos Braz, as reported by Sports Witness said: “It is already known that Flamengo will try, at the right time, at the right time, to sign the player permanently. We have to proceed slowly, carefully, so that it’s the best for Flamengo.”
There have been further reports from Goal that in the initial loan deal, there was a buying option of €20m but Flamengo doesn’t want to spend that much and hopes to negotiate a fee less than €10m.

Perreira who graduated from the United academy has found games hard to come by and spent most of his time at United on the fringes with several loan deals having taken place previously.
Manchester United are understood to be in the market for a midfielder something that further dents Perreira's chances in the team.
