The saga continues. Paul Pogba is still linked with an exit out of Manchester United. The latest report says he has confirmed he is leaving for a chosen club.
The Frenchman’s contract with the Red Devils is expiring at the end of the season, and with under six months to go, it often means a player is most likely to take the exit.
According to the popular Spanish outlet Marca, Pogba met with Man United’s bosses and told them he is leaving at the end of his contract. The 28-year-old said he wants to join the mighty Real Madrid.
“French international Paul Pogba has reportedly revealed to his current club Manchester United that he hopes to see out his contract until the end of the season and then join Real Madrid,” the report said.
“The Daily Star have reported on the meeting and claim that the Red Devils are ready to allow Pogba to depart on a free transfer this summer and will not offer him a new contract.”
Meanwhile, United are set to welcome West Ham United at Old Trafford this weekend.
