In coming Kaizer Chiefs forward Lazarous Kambole is encouraged by his Chipolopolo teammates’ success in the Absa Premiership.

Kambole has followed the likes of Wedson Nyirenda and Collins Mbesuma as a Zambian striker playing for the mighty Kaizer Chiefs.

The 25-year-old from Zesco United reveals that Justine Shonga, Augustine Mulenga and Mwape Musonda’s glowing performances in the Absa Premiership inspire confidence in himself.

“I have thought about them, they are here and they are doing fine,” Kambole said to IOL.

“If they can do it, I can also do it. I am prepared mentally. It’s going to be a new challenge, it’s not going to be easy, but I know what I possess and what I am capable of. I’ll come here and do my best,” Kambole added.
