📉 Stat Attack: Who's topping the EPL charts after four rounds?

While we entertain ourselves with the international break, there's a bit more time to check out the state of play in the Premier League after four rounds.

Which individuals are leading the pack according to the Premier League's official statistics?

📊 Premier League stat leaders

Vicente Guaita's tally of two clean sheets is matched by Man City's Ederson and Everton's Jordan Pickford, but the Spaniard gets the nod purely by virtue of alphabetical order.

Nathan Ake has started the season proactively for Bournemouth, making 14 interceptions as he continues to read the game well, sensing danger from centre back. Man United's new man Aaron Wan-Bissaka has been one of the few shining lights for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer this season with his tough-tackling displays, completing an average of 6.5 tackles per match.

Man City dominates possession during football matches and that shows in the stats pertaining to when players have the ball at their feet. Talented centre back Aymeric Laporte has recently undergone surgery, a massive blow for him personally and for manager Pep Guardiola. His ball-playing ability is clear to see both on and off the pitch.

Kevin De Bruyne continues to dazzle Premier League audiences with his precision passing and chance-creation for teammates. Arsenal's record signing Nicolas Pepe has yet to get on the score sheet for the Gunners, but his dribbling ability will be an asset for them going forward. He's been in dazzling form for Belgium, too, and will hope to continue where he left off this weekend against Norwich City.

Manchester City goal-machine Sergio Aguero continues to deliver consistent, clinical performances and already has six goals after four matches. Surprise package Teemu Pukki has been in fine goal-scoring form for Premier League new boys Norwich and also scored the only goal in Finland's 1-0 win against Greece last night. The Finn is on fire!
