Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp says Chelsea is the only club in the world who a transfer ban didn't that bad.
Chelsea were handed a massive blow after they were slapped with a two-window transfer ban by FIFA after they were found guilty for breaching rules regarding their dealings with foreign players under the age of 18. According to FIFA, the Blues were found guilty of 29 breaches of Article 19 – the most serious infringements relating to the registration of minors. A Fifa statement confirmed the transfer ban and £460,000 fine.
"If there is one club in the world who a transfer ban didn't hit that bad then I would say it was Chelsea because of their policy of the last few years," said Klopp.
"They had players on loan who have come back. Tammy Abraham knows how to score. They have all my respect. A top contender."
Liverpool will travel to Stamford Bridge on Sunday 22nd to take on Chelsea.
