Real Madrid manager Zidenine Zidane has heaped praise on youngster Fede Valverde, after a starring performance in their 4-2 home win over Granada on Saturday.
The 21-year-old has been impressive for Madrid in midfield and impressed once again with a perfect game that saw him assist once and get involved in two other goals.
His show against Granada comes on the back of another superb performance in Madrid's 2-0 win over Osasuna, which saw him get a place in the Madrid Derby a week later.
Speaking after the match on Saturday, Zidane praised the young Uruguayan, saying, he has some special techniques.
"Fede Valverde is a modern player; no one has the technique has in the whole world. When he moves forward it’s impressive. I am happy for him and he deserves the playing time he’s getting," said Zidane.
"He deserves it because he is a player who has always shown he is very good. He is growing and I'm pleased for him because the second goal is [also] his and the third as well. He always moves forward, he always wants the ball," he added.
The win saw Madrid bury their recent struggles, having drawn 2-2 against Club Brugge in the Champions League in midweek.
It was also a special moment for new signing Eden Hazard, who got off the mark with a well-taken goal, his first in a Madrid shirt.
