Brazil 1-1 Nigeria: Aribo excited to score second international goal

Rangers midfielder Joe Aribo is on cloud nine after scoring for Nigeria in an international friendly against Brazil on Sunday.

Aribo weaved past Marquinhos to slam a shot beyond Ederson in the 35th-minute to break the deadlock. But Brazil equalized three minutes after the break, through Real Madrid midfielder Casemiro.

Aribo's goal against Brazil was his second in just two international matches with Nigeria.

“Tough game against a top Brazil side! Team put in a shift till the end. Delighted to have got a goal!! Thank you to all the supporters that came out tonight and also everyone supporting worldwide! 🦅🇳🇬 @NGSuperEagles #SoarSuperEagles,” Aribo tweeted.

Aribo's first goal was scored on September 10, 2019, when he made his international debut in a 2-2 draw with Ukraine.
