The Zambia U-17 national team will square off with Angola in the semifinal of the ongoing COSAFA U-17 Championships in Malawi.
The junior Copper Bullets are on a high having won all their three group games en route to the semifinals topping group A. Angola, on the other hand, won two games and lost one coming out as group B runners up.
Zambia U-17 coach Osward Mutapa has declared his team ready for the match and has reminded his players that this afternoons match is the biggest game of their lives.
"From the three games, we have played so far we are ready. They won two games and we had a 100% record, The bookmakers might say we are the favorites," he said.
"To the boys, this is the biggest game of their lives. They need to win to reach the final."
Zambia and Angola will square off at 14:00 hrs at Mpira Stadium for a slot in the final with the winner set to face the winner between Mozambique and Eswatini in the final.
