Levante in contention to terminate Raphael Dwamena's contract

UD Levante are reportedly in contention to end their association with Ghananain striker Raphael Dwamena if his health condition does not improve, according to Ghana Guardian.

Dwamena is believed to be awaiting his medical results after the club's medical team discovered an underlying health condition which could prevent him from playing.

The 24-year-old was shipped on loan to Real Zaragoza last season but now he has been forced to quit football temporarily until further notice.

Dwamena is currently contracted to Levante until 2022 and there is every possibility that the club will have to terminate the contract and eventually find his replacement.
