Defender Harry Maguire is desperate to prove his worth at Manchester United after his move over the summer.
Speaking to Sky Sports on Friday, Maguire said: I was in a situation where there was a long-term contract at Leicester, they wanted to keep me, Manchester United wanted to buy me, and hopefully it turns out a good piece of business for both clubs.
That's my main aim now, to prove my worth to Manchester United, not just individually with performances but as a team. I want to improve this team and get it back to where it should be.'
The England international made the move from the King Power to Old Trafford for a fee of £80m, making him the most expensive defender in the history of the game.
He has been a constant presence in the United defence and has been tipped to captain the club at one point with manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer hailing his leading skills. He captained the club in their last league game against Brighton in a match they won easily.
He will hope he can give a good performance when he comes against his former side Sheffield United on Sunday at Bramall Lane.
