After Manchester United beat Tottenham Hotspur 2-1, Chelsea manager Frank Lampard could not hold back a smile when he was alerted of the result.
Upon his return to Old Trafford, Spurs suffered their first defeat under Mourinho with Marcus Rashford bagging a brace and Dele Alli restoring parity momentarily in the first half.
In an interview with Chelsea TV, Lampard was asked by the presenter if he had seen the Spurs result, Lampard broke out in a huge grin, raised his eyebrows and replied, "I did see that, yeah, I did."
Chelsea returned back to winning ways after back to back league defeats at the hands of Manchester City and West Ham United as they beat Aston Villa 2-1.
Tammy Abraham who was returning to the line up opened the scoring for Chelsea before Mohamed Trezeguet Hassan equalized but Mason Mount scored the winner.
