πŸ“Ί WATCH: John Terry's handshake leaves Mateo Kovacic in pain

Aston Villa assistant manager John Terry was angered by the 2-1 loss to Chelsea so much so that he crushed Mateo Kovacic's hand when the midfielder offered a handshake after the game.

Tammy Abraham opened the scoring after missing the weekend loss to West Ham United due to an injury while Mohamed Trezeguet Hassan restored parity for Villa.

Mason Mount scored the match-winner in the second half as Chelsea picked up their first win following successive defeats to Manchester City and West Ham United.

Terry grabbed Kovacic's hand too tightly during a handshake as he winced walking down the tunnel, while the former Chelsea skipper turned around and quickly held out his hand as an apology to the Chelsea midfielder.
