Manchester United's season could not get any better with a host of players set to come back in the next week.
Ole Gunnar seems to be turning the tide at Old Trafford following a torrid time and will be looking to continue with the rich form when his side take on AZ Alkmaar in a Europa League clash on Thursday night.
The Norwegian hinted at a rotated side for the match but was parituclarly happy to welcome some of his stars back.
“Diogo [Dalot] is back training fully,” he told MUTV. “Nemanja [Matic] is back. [Marcos] Rojo is hopefully back next week. Eric [Bailly] and Timothy [Fosu-Mensah] are training with the team from next week onwards.
“We're getting better and better in that respect. In January, I reckon we will have many of them match fit.”
The match against the Dutch side will, however, come too early for Paul Pogba, who is still recovering from an injury that has kept him out for weeks now.
“Paul is not ready to play but won't be far away,” added the manager.
United need a point to confirm top spot in the table, and a place among the seeds in Monday's draw, but will need to go through the Dutch visitors who will be eyeing a win that would take them above Ole's men.
United are on a good run with two huge wins against Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City and will be buoyed by the fact that they have won all home matches in the competition.
