Freddie Ljungberg was unimpressed with Mesut Ozil after he reacted angrily to being substituted in the 0-3 defeat to Manchester City.
Ozil failed to exert his influence in the game and was taken off in the 59th minute as he was booed by some supporters as he walked slowly off the pitch and folded his gloves into a ball and kicked them in anger.
Ljungberg was unimpressed with Ozil following his reaction after being subbed off, "For me, I took Mesut off because I wanted more energy in the team.
"I thought Emile did really, really well when he came in. How Mesut wants to react is up to him and that’s something we’ll deal with later."
Asked what he meant by saying he will ‘deal’ with Ozil’s incident, Ljungberg replied, "First of all I’m here on a day to day basis so we’ll see what that is for the future. But of course, we want players in the right way."
