Zlatan Ibrahimovic is 38 years old, so retirement might have crossed our minds but then there were talks of a move to AC Milan and many of us brushed it off.
After leaving LA Galaxy for good, the Swedish international has been heavily linked with a return to Europe to finish his career, with AC Milan. The Italian outfit is looking for a striker to solve their issues upfront and Ibrahimovic is their no.1 target.
However, the former Manchester United striker is certainly taking his time in the negotiations, yet to respond to the Rossoneri's first offer. Therefore, as time goes on, the operation is getting more and more unlikely. By the looks of it, he might not make a return after all.
According to La Repubblica, Ibra is drifting further away from AC Milan. The striker could even decide to hang up his boots, retiring from his career as a footballer.
Where do you think he will go next? Home or to AC Milan?
