Nigerian star striker Umotong leads Brighton past Aston Villa in FA

Nigerian forward on Sunday inspired Brighton to overcome a dogged Aston Villa in English Women's FA Cup fourth-round clash.

The star striker scored a goal as Amanda Nilden and Aileen Whelan added the other two as Brighton raced to a 3-0 halftime lead.

Aston Villa pulled two goals back in the second stanza but the Super League side held onto to proceed to the fifth round. They will find out their next opponent on Monday evening's draw.

Umotong has now scored five goals in 14 matches in all competitions for the English top-flight side.
